My name is George Pappadopoulos, a restaurateur by trade and a blackjack player by choice. Having moved to the Atlantic City area several year ago I found that work alone did not occupy enough of my time. Since blackjack had always been a past time of mine I felt really studying the game would be a good way to put extra time to work. After reading several of the best selling books by the experts, I began to decipher the different schools of thought. The discovery I made was that none of the experts agree on much of anything except that you can't win without counting cards and basic strategy is a must.

Having learned to count cards and deciding it wasn't for me, I figured there had to be a way to win consistently and not go through the hassle and expense of card counting. So I began assembling my own system using bits and pieces of things I'd read and common sense. It took many years of trial and error but finally a system developed that produces a 78% win average when followed exactly. My friends were amazed at my percentages and prodded me to put my system in writing.

I figured "why not?" There hadn't been a book with simple to follow rules when I was looking and my system works and can work very well. So with the help of some very good friends Blackjack's Hidden Secrets, WIN Without Counting was born and has now achieved the honor of being the best selling book on blackjack in the country.

I had received such good feedback from my first book and questions were pouring in so I decided to write a second book, Blackjack's Hidden Secrets II, which would cover more about blackjack than just my system. I have to admit I never expected the popularity these two books reached but I'm excited at the opportunities that have been presented to me because of them.

I am very active in radio promoting my books, over 250 shows to date in the last 18 months. I am a contributing editor to Casino Player Magazine. I've traveled around the country doing books signings, taught seminars and been interviewed on TV. My ultimate desire is to share my system with as many people as possible.

I find that so many people are interested in gambling but just don't know how or what to expect. I'm here to teach them so their gambling experience is the best that it can be!
