I wanted to let you know what an incredible system you have. Let me
tell you about my first experience with it.
I got an e-mail from your marketing company the day before I went
to Vegas. I read snippets of your books and went to Barnes and Noble
to buy them on my way out of town. (I didn't have time to wait for
them to be delivered.) I read the books on the plane on the way to
Vegas. (Secrets of Blackjack 1 & 2) Well, first things first.
I checked in to the Hotel and put on a nice suit. I went to the courtesy
phone and asked for the Casino Host. I explained that I usually gamble
at the Venetian or the Bellagio and was tired of losing all my money.
I asked her what kinds of amenities the hotel had. She kindly showed
me around, personally escorted me to the desk to get my player's card
(ahead of about 50 people) and told me about all of the bars and restaurants
in the hotel. I asked her about Blackjack tournaments and she said
that there was one the next morning for a $100 buy in, invitation
only, but she could accommodate me and my friend. We thanked her and
sat down at the blackjack table. We both played your system on a $5
table, just to get the feel of the dealers and the pit bosses, etc.
Now understand, I have played blackjack for over 12 years and have
always played the book. However, I have never had a betting strategy.
Just went by my gut feelings on when to wager big. I have always thought
that winning in blackjack (when played by the book) is determined
by how you bet, not how you play. Boy was I right!!!
With your system, I sat down with $200 for the $5 table. I won $125
in 3 hours. Even if I had lost all $200, it would have been the longest
I had played on $200 in a Looooong time. I walked away from the table,
content w/ my 50% earnings.
I then took $100 and entered the blackjack tournament. The first one
I have EVER played in. In this tournament, 25 hands were played each
round. Top three from each table advance to semi's.Winner of each
table at the semi's advance to the final. I bet the minimum for 22
hands the first round and ended up second at the table. I bet the
minimum for 21 hands at the semis and eeked out a win to advance to
the final. At the final, Everyone laughed at me because it was my
first tournament and I was betting the minimum. The dealer was murdering
everyone. You had to have 21 to push. Last three hands, I was in third
by $270. I bet $50 on hand 23 and won. I bet $75 on hand 24 and won.
I needed the last hand to be a killer so I put in the table max $500.
The guy was ahead of me bet $200, but he bet before me, so I went
for it. (My entry fee was paid by my casino winnings anyway, so even
if I came in last and only won $300, it was still $300 free and clear.)
My first card dealt was a jack of clubs. Dealer deals around and my
second card.... Ace of spades!!!!!! I couldn't believe it. I got paid
$1000 for the blackjack and won the tournament. And the payout for
winning??? $5000. I kid you not. Five grand. It was the easiest money
I've ever made in Vegas.
